Biography

 

Mr. Rolf Wemmi is a Partner at Local Corporate Management, B.V. He has extensive knowledge in setting up and managing complex international structures for both corporate and private clients. He has worked at ABN Amro and for several years as a corporate lawyer for corporate services providers where he advised clients on international tax structures. He is an expert manager for corporate and private clients, management solutions, fiduciary services, private equity, and other funding mechanisms.

As an experienced corporate lawyer, he provides management and fiduciary services to his clients. He has successfully been involved in various M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. Rolf has a strong client focus and a commitment to quality. His experience in the financial services industry provided him with a clear vision to set the bar high on the providing of services. Together with his knowledge and character, he is driven to add value to his clients’ business.

Previously, Mr. Wemmi held a management position as a legal supervisor at a global corporate services provider.

He is fluent in English and Dutch, and proficient in German and French. Mr. Wemmi obtained a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
